Founded in the 1940s by the late John S. Latsis, the Latsis business initially focused on trade and shipping. During the 1970s, Latsis began diversifying its activities by building the first export refinery in Greece and thereafter undertaking major infrastructure and energy projects in Saudi Arabia. Since the 1980s, Latsis has developed several business activities

PrivatSea Holding S.A. (PrivatSea) offers yachting services through offices in South of France, Greece, Switzerland, UK, Saudi Arabia and the US; including chartering, brokerage, and marina and yacht management with a fleet under management of 28 mega yachts (30 to 140m in length).
