Scope of Work:

Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) development, including financing, engineering, procurement, construction and operation and maintenance of a 30,000m3/day Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination plant to be expanded to 35,000 m3/day after 7 years of operation. A 20-year O&M phase led by SETE Energy will follow construction.

Lead developer, equity investor, engineering, procurement, construction and project management, lead operation and maintenance contractor
